Capabilities

From requirement to a ready-to-build power configuration.

Highidea Power supports OEM/ODM, application selection, optional cloud monitoring and configuration-specific export documentation from initial brief through production.

OEM / ODM customisation

Private-label branding and engineering changes covering capacity, battery runtime, output voltage, enclosure, isolation and monitoring options.

Cloud & SNMP monitoring

Optional mobile APP and web monitoring, SNMP data, dry contacts, remote alarms/control and automatic shutdown for compatible servers, VMs and NAS.

Application selection

Model and battery configuration matched to load, input/output voltage, runtime, topology, environment and destination-market requirements.

Export document matching

CE-LVD and lithium transport documents checked against the exact host model, battery or cell instead of treating one report as universal.

Technical & after-sales support

Product documentation, remote technical assistance and coordinated service support for installation, operation and troubleshooting.

OEM / ODM workflow

A five-stage path from brief to production.

The actual schedule depends on product complexity, engineering changes and sample-approval time.

  1. 01
    1–3 days

    Requirements

Load, voltage, runtime, environment, branding and compliance needs.

  2. 02
    3–7 days

    Proposal & design

Configuration proposal plus branding or structural design draft.

  3. 03
    7–10 days

    Prototype & ageing test

Prototype manufacture and ageing test before customer confirmation.

  4. 04
    By project

    Sample confirmation

Buyer checks the sample, documents and agreed configuration.

  5. 05
    10–20 days

    Mass production

Production after the approved sample and commercial confirmation.

Monitoring

Make compatible power equipment visible.

Optional monitoring hardware and software can bring power state, alerts and shutdown workflows into the operator's normal tools.

  • Mobile APP and web platform through the optional cloud card.
  • SNMP data, dry contacts and model-dependent communication interfaces.
  • Automatic shutdown for Windows, Linux, virtual machines and NAS.
  • Power-failure and fault alerts plus remote power on/off.

FAQ

Commercial and support questions

What can Highidea Power customise?

OEM/ODM options include branding and packaging, capacity, battery runtime, output voltage, tower/rack/cabinet enclosure, isolation transformer and monitoring/communication options. Feasibility depends on the exact platform and order.

What is the standard lead time?

Standard lead time is typically 7–30 days after payment: small standard batches under 20 units are usually 7–10 days, while batches above 500 units are generally 25–30 days. Custom projects follow the separate design and prototype process.

What is the warranty?

UPS main units have a 2-year warranty. Batteries rated 7–17 Ah have 1 year, while batteries rated 24–200 Ah have 2 years. Warranty and international RMA terms for other products are specified in the quotation.

Can I request samples?

The sample policy allows 1–2 free samples with shipping paid by the buyer. If the trial converts to a formal order, the sample shipping is refunded from that order. Sample unit pricing may differ from bulk pricing.

Which export documents are provided?

The document pack is configuration-specific. CE-LVD scope is checked against the host model, while UN 38.3, MSDS and sea/air documents are matched to the named battery or cell. Ask sales to list the exact documents for the proposed configuration.
